Hangin in there. the economy is in the crapper, people are getting laid off, and healthcare sucks. but i do have good news. I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by not buying it.
Seriously though. I'm trying to get a mortgage for a house. I'm looking to trade up from renting. Any tips anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Also i'm looking to buy an LCD TV. Anyone have a 32 inch they don't want? Also got into geocaching. Kind of fun but i hate nature. Love the outdoors, just hate nature. Well gotta go the kitchen is calling. Send me an email if yous guys want to, to keep in touch.

Hey good luck. I remember when we first bought our house what a pain in the neck. The mortgage place wants you to hurry up and jump all the time. You do it and then they take forever getting to it.

If your looking to buy I will be trying to sell my house in the next couple weeks here. Its on the main drag in Elkhorn, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, office, 1.5 car garage, AC, New water heater, updated Electrical. Good sized yard with some nice big shade trees. Price I dunno yet because I haven't had a chance to get to the bank and talk with them yet. I would say somewhere in the 130-145K ballpark. Also depending what the bank says what I need to make on the house will determine if I try to sell it myself or go through a realitor, which will effect my asking price. OMG how is the road construction coming? what a mess!!! I seriously HATE that they had to cut down all those trees.......

but hope they're done soon...so they can move on to the next block, and kill more trees..... frown

??? Most of the trees where on there last leg if they didn't remove them now the next big storm would have. Plus they are planting new trees in there place. I really don't understand why this all of a sudden became an issue when this has been planned for at years now. I am just glad the bad tree in front of my house was removed before the do-gooders messed things up. Other wise not being able to get in my driveway for a while now has been the only bad thing. Its been nice not have all the traffic we normally have. BTW how did you know I live on the street where contruction is happening?
