Amaretto sat for 4 weeks, our neighbor brought over some Disaronno® Originale and we did a taste test~ MANUFIQUE the two were indistinquishable!!! BOOOOOOOOOOYAHHHHHHH!
I used it in my last batch of Biscotti, in place of vanilla extract, it was supremo~ Not enough liquore to even mention the fact but what a nice alternative and way cheaper than extracts....I used a whole bottle of almond extract to make the 6 cups of amaretto but will go miles to making Biscotti as well as countless other recipes that call for vanilla.
Here's a few cocktail recipes:

GODCHILD
1 oz. Disaronno® Originale (or Amaretto ala mhorses)
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Cream or
Half & Half
Shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.

DISARONNO ALEXANDER
1 oz. Disaronno® Originale
1 oz. Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Cream
Shake all ingredients with ice,
Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

DISARONNO COSMOPOLITAN
1 oz. Disaronno® Originale
1 oz. Bacardi® Limón ™
splash Cranberry Juice
Stir with ice and strain into a martini glass.

ITALIAN MANHATTANA
1/2 oz. Disaronno® Originale
1/4 oz. Maraschino Cherry Juice
1-1/2 oz. Maker's Mark Bourbon
Cocktail glass, chilled or rocks glass.
Add ice and stir.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

1-1/2 oz. Disaronno® Originale
6 oz. Cappucino
Pour DISARONNO into hot cappucino and serve.
Serve during a Full Moon

DISARONNO TOASTED ALMOND :a1:
1oz. Disaronno® Originale
1 oz. Cream
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
Pour DISARONNO and coffee liqueur
into an old-fashioned glass over ice.
Float cream or milk on top by
pouring it in gently over the back of a teaspoon.
